E-Commerce Assistant


As a E-commerce Assistant, the main responsibility is to develop, manage, optimize and shares knowledge and information with e-commerce team . This position requires strong communication skills.

Your Tasks will include:

  • Customer Support;
  • Social Network Management;
  • Support the E-commerce team;

We're looking for someone that:

  • Shows enthusiasm for work and teamwork;
  • Detail-oriented and organized;
  • Prioritize and organize your own work, making effective use of time;
  • Has good personal discipline as well as a flexible and receptive approach to change;
  • Is a self-taught person that takes initiative and explore the various technologies always with a view to optimizing processes;
  • Has good communication skills ;

Main requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing or equivalent;
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Must have very basic knowledge in Photoshop;
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese;
