E-Commerce Assistant

As a E-commerce Assistant, the main responsibility is to develop, manage, optimize and shares knowledge and information with e-commerce team . This position requires strong communication skills.
Your Tasks will include:
- Customer Support;
- Social Network Management;
- Support the E-commerce team;
We're looking for someone that:

- Detail-oriented and organized;
- Prioritize and organize your own work, making effective use of time;
- Has good personal discipline as well as a flexible and receptive approach to change;
- Is a self-taught person that takes initiative and explore the various technologies always with a view to optimizing processes;
- Has good communication skills ;
Main requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing or equivalent;
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Must have very basic knowledge in Photoshop;
- Fluent in English and Portuguese;
